We are looking for ambitious colleague to join us in the Digital Team with the job's end purpose to strengthen our unit’s digitalization developments.

As a Digital Manager you will be a part of one of our commercial departments navigating our digitalization strategy as well as taking a leading role while executing.

With increasing workload for the Digital Team and new opportunities on the horizons for new customers acquisition through digital channels, you will constantly be focused on exploiting the opportunities to the maximum.

Would you like to allow the department with a 50-50 focus on internal stakeholders & external stakeholders to identify issues across various departments vis-a-vis digitalization and help to provide a greater support?

And would like to contribute greatly in building centralized digital solutions for different products and channels including performing activities?

What are you going to do?

• Constant search aimed at optimizing the existing and developing the new digital sales channels and sales processes (primarily focused on customers onboarding);
• Effectively contribute to the development of the strategic company's directions with a special focus on the customers’ end to end application journey in order to ensure smooth and efficient experience with the company;
• Identify resources needed for changes and present them as input for business cases;
• Build and coordinate the business requirements creation process for digital initiatives across the departments coupled with proposing specific tools to be used with the special focus on KYC and customer financial situation related processes;
• Closely collaborate and coordinate with IT while implementing the digital solutions;
• Perform as a cross-departmental leader and work with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Risk, OPS and Legal to make sure that all objectives are met while prioritizing and educating on digitalization across the teams;
• Keep the major committees, Legal, IT, Change, and Security depts. updated of findings to avoid “working in silos";
• Make sure the digital projects execution goes in accordance to digital strategy set out for the unit;
• Coordinate on necessary technical and administrative steps to connect with FinTechs or any other digital solutions providers in the context of the projects;
• Responsible for the relationships between Santander Consumer Finance Benelux and 3rd parties that deliver the digital solutions;
• Liaise with other Santander Consumer units to get inspired on the way forward related to the digital transformation;
• Review legislation and European regulations in matter of digital solutions;
• Monitor the digital tools end-to-end’s performance with the aim to constantly improve their efficiency – suggest the necessary optimizations.
