Your role and the team 
As Senior CRM & Analytics Manager, you are responsible for leading all analytics activities supporting Auto Financing and Auto Leasing in the Netherlands and Personal Loans in Belgium. You translate business strategy into data-driven insights, dashboards, and analytical solutions that drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

You act as the main analytics point of contact for commercial teams and management, ensuring the availability of accurate, timely, and consistent data. In this role, you foster a strong data-driven culture across the supported business areas and ensure a clear “single source of truth” for reporting and performance management.

You lead and develop the analytics team, setting clear priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery, documentation, and continuity of analytics processes. You work closely with Commercial, Operations, IT, and HQ stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities and translate business questions into actionable insights.

You take ownership, work in a structured and proactive manner, and continuously look for improvements in reporting, automation, and analytical models. You are comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with both local and HQ stakeholders.

Your duties and responsibilities in short

  • Lead and own analytics initiatives for Auto Financing & Auto Leasing (NL) and Personal Loans (BE)
  • Translate business needs into analytical use cases, dashboards, and actionable insights
  • Oversee development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Ensure “single source of truth” reporting for performance, funnel, portfolio, conversion, and retention metrics
  • Drive CRM analytics, including customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance analysis
  • Manage analytical aspects of loyalty programs and propose data-driven improvements
  • Oversee predictive models, automation initiatives, and process optimization projects
  • Ensure scalability, documentation, and alignment of analytical solutions with business priorities
  • Line manage and develop analytics team members
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, IT, and HQ stakeholders
  • Support ad-hoc analytical requests and proactively identify performance improvement opportunities

You have

  • Minimum HBO working and thinking level
  • Strong background in analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making
  • Good command of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL; Python is an advantage
  • Experience with customer segmentation and CRM analytics
  • Understanding of loyalty program analytics is an advantage
  • Experience managing or coordinating analytics teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both verbally and in writing
